Withdraw from Course

Form Instructions

To officially withdraw from a class, you will need to complete a Course Withdrawal form.

When completing the fillable form, save the form to your documents or desktop and then attach it to your 香港六合彩开奖直播 email.

Fall 2024 Term Sessions

Instructions for Course Withdrawal during the first two-thirds of the Fall 2024 term sessions:

Submit the Course Withdrawal 鈥� By Two-Thirds of Term Deadline form to the campus Registrar Office.
Use the dates below as a guide for deadlines:

  • Early End (7.5-week) parts of term deadline is September 30, 2024
  • Early End (10-week) parts of term deadline is October 11, 2024
  • Full Term, Saturday and Sunday (15-week) parts of term deadline is November 4, 2024
  • Late Start (10-week) part of term deadline is November 18, 2024
  • Late Start (7.5-week) parts of term deadline is November 22, 2024
Instructions for Course Withdrawal after the two-thirds deadline:
  1. Submit the Appeal for Course Withdrawal (After Deadline of Two-Thirds of Term) form to your instructor.

  2. Ask that your instructor acknowledge the Appeal for Course Withdrawal and email it to the Campus Associate Dean of Academic Affairs no later than 5:00 p.m. on the below deadline dates. Withdrawals will not be honored after these dates:
  • Early End (7.5-week) part of term:  October 11, 2024
  • Early End (10-week) part of term:  October 28, 2024
  • Full Term Saturday and Sunday:  December 5, 2024
  • Full Term (15-week) part of term:  December 5, 2024
  • Late Start (10-week) part of term:  December 9, 2024
  • Late Start (7.5-week) part of term:  December 11, 2024
